1. Scope of Services

Diamond Land SPC provides professional services in Event & Congress Management, Visual Strategy & Branding, and Global Ticketing Services. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement or a confirmed Booking Invoice which details the specific scope of work.

2. Global Ticketing & Online Sales

Facilitation Role: Diamond Land acts as a facilitator for tickets to international events, festivals, and concerts. We are not the primary organizers of these events.
Pricing & Fees: Prices for tickets are subject to market demand and include service fees. All prices are final at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy: * Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the primary organizer.
- In the case of event postponement, tickets usually remain valid for the new date.
- Diamond Land is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to event changes.

3. Event Management & Consultations

Bookings: A project is considered active only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required initial deposit.
Cancellations: For physical event management, cancellation fees apply based on the proximity to the event date, as outlined in your specific Service Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual content, 3D designs, logos, and strategic frameworks created by Diamond Land for Trade & Investment SPC remain the intellectual property of the firm until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction of our “Visual Strategy” assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Diamond Land SPC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the attendance of events booked through our portal.
We are not responsible for technical failures of third-party venue providers or changes in local government regulations that may affect event execution.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. For services provided within Europe, relevant consumer protection laws and GDPR standards apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muscat.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the site for fraudulent activities, including unauthorized ticket resale or misrepresentation of identity during the booking process.

8. Modifications to Terms

Diamond Land reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
